Hello and welcome to PC Review. The computer was custom built in 2001 and I do not know all the specifications. One can flash the BIOS, or simply supplant the motherboard battery (CMOS battery). I'm guessing that the bootup > error > might be to do with the floppy drive not working, but I'm totally confused > cos I don't understand why it doesn't work,
You need to flash the bios again, using a boot floppy, as the bootblock bios does not have support for CDROM/Hard drives.It should just be a bare minimum bootable floppy (win9x)
