subane, The Best thing to do is Download and Read the Manual. See http://www.pcguide.com/ts/x/comp/mbs..._FlashDead.htm and click on "I flashed my BIOS and now the system is dead!" [I know, you haven't flashed your BIOS] and read at: "Some newer PCs come with a See here for more. If the BIOS code is whacked, a tiny built-in program will look on the floppy drive for the appropriate files to reload the BIOS.
Is this an oem (branded) or a custom built computer? Is it the latest AWFLASH version? You should contact the manufacturer for instructions. Then you boot from it, start the flash utility, and follow the menus and instructions to load the BIOS code onto the motherboard.
