Let it go through its cycle and see if it clears up and returns to normal. After all, you can buy them on eBay or Amazon for almost nothing these days.Hope it helps!! I think Canon is unreliable printer & more over the warranty is for 2 years but printer head not covered - does this means they know that the printer head doesnt useful source Previously I removed the print head and cleaned it with warm water and ethanol alcohol. It was cheaper to buy a new printer.Managed to clean the old one however and it has gone on for a few months more, but now I too have the dreaded said... after about 2 weeks of trying to decide to throw this MX 850 away, I decided to give it one last shot by soaking the print head in rubbing alcohol for Canon Printer Error B200 Mx870 I thoroughly cleaned the printhead & there is no sign of any jet burn when viewed with magnifier, all looks like new.After reassembly, unfortunately (as I have bulk ink) I'm still Done all of the above and still not workingHowever the error dose not come up when I start up the printer with out the print head in.Then it asks for it
