I would imagine you are using a self-signed certificate and if that is the case, this certificate needs to be installed on the Windows Mobile phone. Unprivileged Execution Trust Authorities HKLM Contains normal certificates. You can define each certificate type and publish them for other client devices and servers in your corporate network.
