I couldn't find it using the long address. I still had "Mendeley-word2016-1.16-dev2.dot" in there. I deleted both, and now I don't have the problem. I deleted that (as I don't use the Mendele add-in any more) and it fixed it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/307410
