Got lots of black ink. No one seems to know what this 6A00 error means. when I turn the power back on, it goes into the regular power up sequence. still same error.

After disassembling the printer, I found what was apparently the return spring and the broken plastic clip that it used to attach to.
Fine, I could wait 3 more days. I do think that the paper there got stuck between head and spring. It looks like the print heads need to dip down into the small sponges underneath the white plate at the end of the start motions. Some are hidden under or on opening covers so keep looking.
