Do you? Used the "TV" setting, with 15 second shutter time. Unfortunately, there is no simple for this problem, other than replacement of the ribbon cable (a non-trivial task as one of you discovered).for Charles,Sounds like you're experiencing a "lens error". it should involve a class action suit as some are EXPENSIVE cameras!!! news

Do you? I got the image back in about 5 tries. Sounded great and I am trying it right now….but it isn't working. Also, try to use your camera more often as another preventative measure from reoccurrence.
