While testing the macro i accidentally stepped on uneven ground and hit the lens towards the wall. I've tried all of the methods. This was previously my standard method for transferring photos from the camera to the computer. This should hopefully work.

Shouldn't you still be able to download these pictures from your memory card using a simple cheap card reader? However having followed these instructions the lens has clicked back in place and now seems to be working perfectly again!! I mean, a loud zoom motor, or a £100 repair bill?
